Lloyd Hollett The Comedy Wordsmith has entertained all over the world for over 30 years with his own unique and original style of comedy wordplay.

For the past two years Lloyd has been the Host and Compere of the Thursford Christmas Spectacular in Norfolk which is the biggest Christmas show in Europe. Performing to over 150,000 people every Christmas. Lloyd will be returning to host there again this Christmas for a third season. He also regularly performs across the UK for Warner Hotel’s and Potter’s Resort’s.

As a TV Warm-Up Man , Lloyd recently was the Warm Up for ITV’s Deal Or No Deal after being personally requested by Stephen Mulhern himself.

As a voice over artist, he has recently voiced The Lion, The Elephant, The Camel and The Frog in the brand-new UK stage version of the hit children’s book Dear Zoo by Rod Campbell.

As a Guest Entertainer on Cruise Ships this is Lloyd’s 20th year cruising having performed on many different cruise lines. 2025 will be Lloyd’s 3rd year working for Viking Cruises. This year he can be seen onboard their Sky, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Sea Ships as well as their brand new ship Vela. He has also worked for P&O & Marella for over 15 years. Lloyd also was the first Guest Entertainer to perform onboard Fred Olsen’s newer ships The Boreali’s and Bolette in 2021. As well as being the first Guest Act to perfom on the maiden voyage of Ambassador Cruises Ambience in 2022.

In 2023 Lloyd wrote, produced, directed and starred in his third DVD release, Lloyd Hollett – Thirty-Two Years In Showbiz which was recorded at The Theatre Royal in Margate.

Lloyd is no stranger to pantomime either, Lloyd has completed 25 consecutive pantomimes. Working alongside the likes of Nigel Havers, Sheila Ferguson, Shaun Williamson, Stephen Mulhern, Rita Simons, Samantha Womack, Lee Mead, Bonnie Langford, Dr Ranj, Sally Lindsay, Toyah Willcox, Gareth Gates and most recently starring alongside Anton Du Beke in Jack And The Beanstalk in London which Lloyd co-wrote. This production broke all box office records.

As a support act he has supported Paul Daniels, Sean Hughes and Julian Clary as well as Jim Davidson where he supported Jim for fourteen consecutive UK Tours.

Lloyd Hollett continues to establish himself as one of the most unique and original comedy performers.
